• 3-year warranty for inflatables, 1-year warranty for air blowers, and long-term repair materials.
• (Problems arising from accidents, misuse, storage damage, negligence, or modification of equipment or its components are not covered).
• During the warranty period, if a bounce house breaks down. It is our responsibility to provide a solution to the problem as soon as possible. To help our customers get back to business soon.
• In the past, we have instructed customers by phone or video. This is not complicated at all. We are fully prepared for any after-sales issues.
